That is a good question. I wouldn't say I'm looking for anything in particular. An improvement in accuracy would be nice but overall just looking for a good foundation in mechanics.

Agree. The last month has all been work on the leg drive. We will now switch the focus to the arm whip/circle to keep things fresh in trainings.

For those interested and who has helped me so far here is a progress update.
Her drive leg is definitely getting a lot more involved and we are a lot closer to the 3 o'clock checkpoint than before. Arm is still slightly ahead but I'm assuming with a bit more practice and working in the legs...
