Training for Umpires
Any suggested exercises for off season conditioning for umpires?? One of our more senior umpires suggested working on the pivots for the base coverage and squats. I've been doing some dumbbell squats with a swiss ball between my back and the wall.- TomStoll

run rule
Most Leagues at that age have some sort of per inning run rule as a modification to the NFHS rules. The league I coached in had a 6 run per inning rule.- TomStoll
