Time off/playing year round?
Thanks for all the input everyone! I love this site :) We're probably going to take November off (or most of it) after our last tourney in early November, and then focus on agility, strength and fitness until January when we start our winter workouts. Time off/playing year round?
I'm trying to find information on what's best for our 14u program in CT. We're a very young team and are coming off a full season that started back in November of last year! We've not taken much time off from softball and I feel like the girls should disconnect for a few months, focus on school...- msirkin
