Was this an illegal substitution?
Couldn't the pitcher have been a sub for the DP or the flex? There really are a lot of options here. Just because the SS left the field, you can't assume that the pitcher was a straight sub for the SS. DP/Flex gives you ten defensive players to choose from, it's not as straightforward as an MLB...- Lightning

Placement of foot in front of the rubber
In the last few weeks I've noticed some pitchers who start their pitch with their plant foot just in front of the rubber - still in contact, but not with any part of their foot on top of the rubber, just touching the front side. She doesn't want to leave the team for two reasons: 1. She needs two years of PE credit for graduation and she doesn't want to have to take an additional semester of PE next year. 2. She loves the seniors on this team and wants to finish the season.- Lightning

What’s it like playing in a dome?
DD did a camp in that dome last summer. She found it a little loud (she said it sounded like she was inside a bouncy castle), but she said it was a pretty good field.
