    What size and brand of Glove does your DD use?

    DD is HS senior...uses 12.5" Insignia Aura (sadly discontinued model) for last couple years...always tell folks to spend extra $$ upfront for highest quality glove, break in properly (preferably without water), keep it cleaned, conditioned and relace once a year for best results.

    DD is 16 now, and uses the J-Bands 5-6 days a week...full workout takes less than 10 mins. for all 11 excercises...she started doing it not for strength primarily, but for protection since she pitches and plays OF with a very strong arm...we also do long toss once or twice a week when weather...

    High school ball ?

    In KY 6-12 can play varsity. Haven't see any seniors play JV, not sure if it's a rule, though. DD's team has two seniors that have yet to see any PT through 12 games, and a third that has pitched 3.5 games.
