hitting change ups
I'm an older player(50) who has just started playing men's modified fastpitch. Because you can't windmil,the speed is less,but many pitchers can still bring it. My main problem is hitting changeups. The ball looks the same to me after release,whether a fastball or not. I like to be aggressive...- banny
