Your like a 5 year old 5frames. Look at the video you posted.

Notice that I'm not calling you an idiot or making references to your character. However, if you persist, then I will begin attacking your character.

Where is your supporting evidence for your slowpitch recommendations? I suspect you don't have any such supporting information and that you are pulling your recommendations out of thin air.

BTW, I like the elbow to be higher like the tee swing, shoulder level, forearm parallel to the ground.

How high should the rear elbow be for the slowpitch swing?

Your recommendation of "shoulder level" is different than when you recommended this below earlier ...

The OP came to a fastpitch site so I am assuming he/she is looking for advice on the fastpitch swing...:D

The OP stated clearly ... twice now ... that they are currently working on a slowpitch swing.

There are people here that seem to assume that a good slowpitch swing is the exact same thing as a good fastpitch swing. Are you one of these people?

I did see where he said that, but then he went and posted a video of somebody throwing "fastpitch" to her I guess I am confused as to what sort of help
he wants..Also, no I don't think all aspects of the swing are the same for slowpitch vs fastpitch but admittedly I know very little about slowpitch softball.

The OP's daughter works on slowpitch this time of year and fastpitch a different time of year. The OP's daughter is currently working on her slowpitch swing.

While you acknowledge that the slowpitch swing likely has differences, there are people here blindly giving fastpitch advice and not bothering to perform a simple check to see if it matches up with slowpitch swings. These folks may believe they are being nice ... but bad information hurts people more than it helps people.

Ideally the back elbow is aligned with the shoulder, there is a tilt to the shoulders in this clip so the elbow is higher, although still aligned with the back shoulder. The shoulders aren't always tilted downwards, the picture is the ideal position.

Edit: For simplicity, getting the back elbow up should help create a downward shoulder plane.

That sounds like a bad idea...;)

Edit: One can probably hit slow pitch better with a good fastpitch swing then one can hit fastpitch with a good
slowpitch swing. Once she stops playing fastpitch she can master her slowpitch swing :)

Please confirm ... are you making this recommendation with respect to the slowpitch swing, or are you blindly making assumptions again?
