Runner at third, 2 man umpire crew, base ump at short stop position. Ball 4 on batter heads to first then rounds and starts slowly toward 2nd. Pitcher does not make an immediate move toward her. Who's job is it to watch the girl going to second and who's job is it to watch the girl at third for violation of the look back rule? hugger

I'm a bit rusty, but I'll take a stab. I believe the PU has the runner on 3rd. The FU has the BR turned runner going to 2nd. Also, remember that the LBR does not go into effect until the BR reaches 1st base.
Base Umpire (BU) has the batter-runner, PU has all other runners on a walk.
