Don't get wrapped up in the "level" of the team she is on. As long as she understands that she can't slip backwards she won't. She is getting alot of playing time and that is ALL that matters. This is only one year in a long journey.
Have her play for the best team/organization/coach she can make, always.
Doors may not open "on demand" later to get into a certain organization, etc.
What she is taught is critical. A bad coach that teaches her incorrect things, can seriously damage her chances to play college ball, regardless of her potential. If she doesnt have the right footwork or know how to play her position correctly when shes 16, they will keep on looking. Dont count of fixing things later, time is gone before you know it.
As for pitching, few coaches at any level, including college, care if a pitcher can do anything else at all if they pitch good. Pitching is an exception though, because a pitcher needs to be #1 on a team, they need time in the circle.
