Using heavier bat in batting practice
This might have been discussed before so I apologize if it has. What are your thoughts on using a heavier bat during batting practice (machine, coach pitch, soft toss, etc.). Lead runner on bunts...at what age do you go after them?
I know that the skill level of the team will dictate this but I'm curious to hear your opinion. My travel team just moved to 14u. We are predominately 13 year olds.
