Composite Bats for U12
Hi all, I'm coaching a U12 team and want to get some composite bats. It's hard for me to figure out what size bats they should be using - I'm more concerned about the weight. They're playing a higher level of ball this year with faster pitching, so I'm thinking the lighter the better...- hallelujah

Tips to strengthen arms for hitting and throwing?
I'm 19 and I'm not a strong player. By strong I mean physically powerful. I have international coaches as parents, so I've been brought up with good mechanics, with a few flaws here and there like any other.
