I'm looking into this now too. If not this specific system, getting bands with hooks and handles and finding workouts and exercises to do. Or is the regiment and the workout help worth the money you spend over the price of the equipment?

to start, I'd say she's looking great for 9. Great stride especially. I'd work on her 'load'. Get her posture to stand taller, and not stick her butt out and bend over so much, I like a lean, but not a bend. Also have her arms and body go into the move away from the plate at the same time...
