-we teach 3B and P to read bunt, 3B crashes on soft bunts and P covers 3B
-P only fields or attempts to field L side push bunts, if she fields the push bunt 3B retreats to covers 3B, if she misses she continues to roll over and cover 3B
-2B always...
new to the board, great info here! wish i had found it before now. just a proud parent of my DD, she plays JV, Travel and Rec. 2nd base on JV and Rec, OF on Travel. none of her coaches even have her as b/u on steals, SS always covers and CF always b/u. everytime the other teams sees 2nd cover...
