It was about the pitcher in the first video. I said that because she looks like a pitcher trying to throw a “screw”: step left, keep hips open, throw inside, etc. from what i’ve seen when pitchers try to throw that, they have dif mechanics throught the pitch
I was watching this game footage of her pitching, and they show some at-bats where she seems to be throwing a pitch with some arm-side run.
The spin they show at the beginning is just a tilted bullet, but around 4:20 there’s a pitch i just can’t say doesn’t have arm-side movement.

It’s online video lessons, each course is 30 dollars. The intermediate level has 13 courses on different topics. It starts with like 5 courses on each stage of the pitch, and there’s a couple focused on coaching, other on drills.
