Cleaning Belts

Have two belts (solid yellow and solid white) that are filthy and want to get them clean but the ends look like they are partially made of cardboard or some type of pressed laminate. Any ideas on cleaning the belts without damaging the ends?

No, Fels-Naptha is clearly very masculine.

I've been thinking about that. DD also has a white belt that's looking dirty. I'm torn between wanting to clean it and wanting to just pitch it and go spend $6.95 or whatever for a new one.

I just buy new ones...no matter how clean you get the belt, the cardboard part just gets worse.

On Adidas belts that "cardboard" part is a soft plastic kind of material.

I actually wanted to buy new belts but all the local sporting goods stores are out or only have youth sizes. Figured I'd give it a try. With all the $$$ we spend on softball wouldn't even think twice about buying new belts.
