Let me say this before we get off topic. The lowerbody and back/scap is pre set at least 80%. You want to take most of the slack out of the system. You still can’t properly set the back/upper body without setting the lowerbody first.
An early biomechanics article said the back hip must stabilize first in a golf swing. That’s the first that happens.
They must learn to use the entire body with most of the slack is out of system. The last little stretch is part of the magic.
