Find 'details' of the video, or get the specs on the video camera.

Find out how many fps for this video. 30fps is 30 frames per second. Could be 60fps, 100fps, 200fps, etc.

Count the frames.

Also, slightly related: using VLC player, the E key will advance frame by frame. As stated above, once you know the frame rate of the video, you can accurately count time by counting frames.

Technique app will show the time to the hundredth. (not as an overlay, but on the controls - I think you could always do a screen shot or screen recording to have the time embedded if needed). Probably very similar to Coaches Eye. Warning - big files - it will fill up your phone!
