Not too shabby. A handful of points to focus on:

1. Anchor for a drag foot. Hips are having to fight a ton of counter force.
2. FSR needs work, she collapses forward
3. She's missing the whip and carrying the ball a bit too much. Correcting the posture will help. She needs to get whippy from the hippy.

Of note in comparing the two stills, notice how much her hips are lagging compared to Amanda's.

I agree with you on these 3 points. I wonder if jumping out a little less would help? So she could get more weight over the plant leg.

Yes, this was the first practice at 43ft.

Her instructions was on the knee lift. Which she did almost to good. The anchor is next. Absolutely it creates a issue. The collapsing is what’s sucking energy.

The FSR is better with the knee lift. She was to low with the stride and collapsing worse. This video is better at FSR.

Always lots of work.

Maybe a little more bend and hand under the ball a little better but she does keep the bend all the way. She is still on the rubber when her hands get to 3 o’clock (IMO her drag foot push is late) causing drag issues. Try to keep your heel up and out towards 3rd base. IMO, 11 o’clock is were it all happens- I don't think she is pulling down with the lats or starting to turning hips or starting her FSR all it 11 o’clock. This will help her posture and posture will help this. When your front foot hits (ball at 11) you should be at approximately at 8% behind vertical and post up to 2% behind vertical.

Age? Sound like a lot but not really. Looks good
