Thoughts on this swing.

[Rolling Hard]

Very effective swing. Small hand radius. Would like to see her try walking away from her hands. She does use momentum and my guess is she would struggle with off speed. Would like to see her more seated into her posterior. But never turn a 400 hitter into a 200 hitter.

I like the hands coming forward some with the stride for timing purposes. Have also found that teaching too much scap load, stretch with hands etc causes more issues than it’s worth. Keep the hands free! This swing is the basic swing I try to teach

The hands come forward w the body but they should separate from the body. It’s a transitioning of bat as well.





Probably most important when it happens. But it should for the most part.

Notice the recoil of the bat, finishing pointing toward the centerfield.
