We use the A small bat that we call our MVP bat. It is up to change hands during any practice or game once a girl earns it she signs and dates it . We have a hook on it so it can be on a bag to show off to all her teammates it helps create healthy competition.

I give out game balls for exceptional plays, and the players know I like to spread them around to a different player every game.

I like these ideas much better than sticker collections.

One season we gave out wristbands (the sweatband kind) with our logo (embroidered). It served the purpose of the game ball. We ordered 2 per girl. That season it worked well, some games we gave out 2 wristbands, while others we only gave out one. This was 10 u Rec.
