Back elbow up.
Step/ Turn Rotational.
Coming from behind the ball and through.
Simple thing like to say is 'barrel to the ball in front of your belly and use you're booyah.'

That's about as detailed as like to get without video of someone to show as example. When speaking of mechanics imo visual is critical to the words in communicating.
