You could also consider a Mizuno pro select. I got my daughter an 11.75 softball glove and myself a 12.5 1b baseball glove. Unlike other brands, the fastpitch glove is on par with the baseball glove. Both are excellent.

As a matter of fact, yes. My eldest has the rv 1963 for outfield. It's a year old and has tons of life left in it. Really nice glove.
Yes travel no college. So another 2 years.
If it's just two years, go with a Rawlings Liberty Advanced instead of a HOH. It's less expensive and will break in much quicker than either the HOH or the A2000, while not sacrificing much quality.

Do they make liberty advanced in 11.5? My teams trainer swears by her 1786 A2000 (11.5). When she got to college they made her get a 1787 (11.75). They said 11.5 was too small for softball. For whatever reason, they pretty quickly allowed let her to go back to the 1786
No, they don't. But, I agree that a 11.5" glove is too small for a 12" softball. Maybe a college girls with really strong, soft hands can use one, but they're the exception rather than the rule. Also, Wilson and Rawlings don't make the HOH or the A2000 in an 11.5 for softball, only baseball.
