If I am reading this correctly she is not shifting to her position of leverage for the zone she's looking to cover ?
No not that (Maybe bad choice of words). Striding out to go get the ball way out front vs letting the ball come to her. Said another way, its like playing catch. You don't go out and try to catch a ball thrown to you. You let the ball come to you and you catch it.

Side toss and or off the tee there is no issues. It's not 2 bad from the live game swings. Its pretty bad in front toss though. So, maybe it could be speed of the ball?

I like that drill, going to use that one.

So, what we see in her swing is a loss of coil, which affects the loss of pinching the scap, which affects the arms and hands.

The hands should snap. The hand position and arm supporters look out of position and sluggish at launch. Mixing in TTB and hands coming forward. So, the snap (use of hands) happens late out front.

Or, we can simply say she loads and unloads. No missing frames because the load didn’t turn into the swing. No loading like the drill.

Yea, controlling the flow with the rear leg within the frontal plane is so hit and miss.. Wouldn't recommend it.. Its why you see some hitters have it one day and lose it the next.

Trying to control the movement flow with rear leg/hip is the biggest black hole of hitting.

Clem, if you're trying to eliminate the shift while letting the ball get to her I would just focus on arching the back while lateral tilting and ttb.
