There are multiple organizations on both sides of the river. And I would say most of them do some traveling. In fact the 8u Chaos was just in a tournament on the Illinois side in Collinsville.

Like said above...there are numerous travel ball organizations in the St Louis area, and just across the river in Alton/Wood River/Collinsville (illinois)area. St Charles County also has rec programs available, and some nice fields over in that area. Not sure when you are moving, might be too late for play this year very much as a lot of the outdoor teams wind down and take a few months off in the fall. There is an indoor field, called Rivers Edge Sports Complex that plays league and tournaments all winter long.

The Kirkwood Athletic Association has a message board that a lot of people in the St. Louis area use to find teams needing players. Most on the Missouri side of the river.

The Chaos is a great organization. However, they draw a lot of interest so keep that in mind. There are so many top notch TB Programs around Chesterfield that you should have a lot to pick from. Illinois teams really are not an option if you live in Chesterfield. Construction on the bridge and traffic in general is terrible. My dd's organization, Collinsville Extreme, has had several players from that area and Southern Illinois but that was before this most recent construction. Good luck on picking a team. AndyS is a great resource to use for that side of the river.

Here is a link to the teams that won the Collinsville Extreme Tournament. The 8U Chaos was the winner of their age group.
