Sports vision training

Has anyone tried sports vision training? The ones optometrist do are typically pretty expensive. Has anyone used any online programs or app based programs with results?

I would rank this with therapy tape. Mostly useless. Unless you are hitting off a pitching machine a few mph faster, that's helpful.

roll eyes up and down 40 times, then roll side to side 40 40 times, 4x per week. especially good for defense. cheap and easy.
