Daughter hasn’t played 1st with any regularity since 8u she’s in 12u now and has prolly played 9-10 total innings of it in the last 4 years. Our 1st baseman was at the beach so she played 1st all weekend and had 4 or 5 like this full on stretch for put outs. Seemed like she’d playing it all along. One of our parents is a photographer and she caught the whole catch sequence on this one. Pretty neat.

I love it! My DD is a 16U that primarily plays first (she's 6' tall). A great defensive first will save many outs for the infielders!

Yeah I have a feeling whether she likes it or not as she gets older they’ll move her to 1st. She’s 5’9” as a 12 yr old. She LOVES catching but she’ll play anywhere you put her.
