Anyone playing in the River City Showcase at Deaconess Sports Park in Evansville, Indiana.
wondering if there many college coaches attending? What is the competition like?

It’s a great complex. We don’t play it but lots of our friends do. It’s primarily geared towards teams looking to place kids at d2 and below and the coaching turn out is excellent for that. A few more local D1 schools will come occasionally but the teams that play it typically only have a kid or 2 looking to play at that level if any.

Just heard from a couple coaches and umpires that are at the event. Even with some early morning rain the turnout of college coaches has been very high. With the turf they only had a 30 minute delay and are playing.
Some very good teams and some good softball being played. Very well attended by the college coaches.
