I do not have a clip but according to Coach Headley. Rib line posture and hip line posture allows you to get balls up and down in the zone. If you tilt to much at the hips for a ball up in the zone- you will be under it and velo is hard to hit. If you create your bend through your rib line (higher)- you can stay on a pitch up in the zone and not get beat by velo.
