Some videos I've used to get a quick refresher on game mechanics:
On DFP, besides information on coaching pitching and playing catcher, I've learned a heck of a lot about softball from umpires who have mostly patiently shared their rules interpretations and perspectives on various game situations over the past 11 years.
I've just realized that three Blues who had been very generous with their time and knowledge haven't been active lately. Probably haven't noticed because of Covid. Not that I'm stalking them, but two of them have at least taken a look at DFP this year. It looks like one hasn't posted in over 8 months, another a couple days under a year, and the third right around two years.
Hope they are doing ok.
