There was some info on here a few years back. I looked into several places in my area that work with it and was very impressed, unfortunately we didn't get to actually use it. Java (who is sorely missed on here IMHO) had a lot more info and pitcher specific workouts utilizing it and there were a few members reporting fairly significant results if I recall correctly.
Daughter use to go to mike and used redcord with him. She is out of college and was looking to use it again. I can find my notes of the exercises that she did with him. She remembers some but not all
