Question about warranty

Easton customer service is second to none. They will replace as many bats as needed within the 12 month window...IF you are nice and chatty with them, ask for a return label. They've covered me every time on the shipping as well.

now that easton is owned by rawlings, you have to make the warranty claim for an easton bat by online claim form rather than over the telephone.

That's the only way I have made my claims, I just communicate with them between email once all is started with the form.

There are phone numbers as well. But if its a easy return, they prefer you just fill out the form to lessen
phone traffic
