Use your google machine. Lots of templates there. What kind of information should be in a team flyer/brochure? Or do you have an example flyer by chance?

Any insight on what they’re looking for?
DD is on a first-year 16U team and they’ll be showcasing for the first time this summer. We’ve got three or four girls who are really loud, stand and yell the whole game types. The rest cheer specifically about a player at bat or for a good play, but also prefer to sit and talk about what is happening in the game among themselves while in the dugout.
Different strokes and all, but does one approach help or harm vs the other?

Effort in warm-ups and the game, how they acted after good/bad plays or calls(in the dugout too), engagement in the game. They wanted to make sure the girls loved the game, both have had talented players quit after a year because they didn't love it enough to put in the time and work at college. That's what they talked about anyway.Any insight on what they’re looking for?

8th,9th grade to start emailing coaches. You don't "test" the waters with showcases. You sign up and play. 16U/18U every tourney is an opportunity for a coach to watch players. Even Round Robin/Friendlies. If you are in a established program, they will have a history of playing in the same events every year. It's like clockwork.Great information in this post. At what age do you all believe it is most beneficial for girls to start reaching out to college coaches, and when do you think they should start to test the waters with showcase tournaments?
✔This is the benefit of having a seasoned travel ball coach at the right time of your daughter's and teammates looking to get noticed for college. You If you are in a established program, they will have a history of playing in the same events every year.
✔The schedule and players applying themselves to connections should run smoothly like clockwork! Critically important to get colleges to show up and watch. It's like clockwork.
Email realistic schools the schedule - don't email Bama if you're JV in HS as a soph.Other than practice and getting your team ready physically and mentally for showcase tournaments. What else should a coach have ready before going to these types of tournaments? Any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks
