Yes, a video would be great so we can see exactly what you mean by "leaning forward." There are a few different types of lean and things that cause them.

The video shows a kid working on this very issue. The basic idea is for the pitcher to balance on one leg after she releases. If she leans forward, she'll fall forward. The first drill has the kid throwing off a baseball pitchers mound. The second drill, which is my favorite, is to do a walk through.

Again, preferably the pitcher is throwing the ball rather than just holding the ball.

Leaning forward is often how an HE pitcher compensates for throwing a lot of high pitches. You would have to know her basic mechanics before you can accurately address the issue.
