I did a search for this and did find a thread from 5 years ago. Was wondering if anything has changed in regards to High School teams wearing optic yellow jerseys?

find it funny that rules regulate what color arm sleeve, bracelet, or bandaids a pitcher will wear, but team can wear same color as ball.

Indiana- uniforms have to be school colors except for special games (you get one a year) like cancer nights. But it does not say they can not be optic yellow if that is a school color.

Really, the only player who can "gain an advantage" by wearing optic yellow is the pitcher.

In the the NFHS rulebook, the only specific mention of optic yellow restrictions are on the pitcher's glove and on any player's play-card wristband.

All other things for the pitcher would fall under 3-2-9 regarding distracting items on the pitching hand, wrist, arm, or thighs.

I have seen umpires make pitchers remove band aids from their hands covering obvious cuts/abrasions.
