OK... I think adduction is what I was l looking for. Front leg plants, glutes activate, rear leg comes up to where front is planted solidly.ABduction is going away from the midline and ADduction, is bringing back to the midline.

Thx. Was tempting to grandpa radar it but we waited next step is to get there as cruising speed. It's a huge threshold to cross for a pitcher. It's amazing how many dads tell you their daughter throws 60, but when you see them throw or ask for proof, you find a lot are exaggerating.
I learned the hard way when my daughter *broke* 60 MPH that there's a difference between hitting 60 and throwing 60 consistently. To do it at 14 is impressive. Let's hope the increases keep coming!!!Thx. Was tempting to grandpa radar it but we waited next step is to get there as cruising speed.
Definitely. She cruises pretty close in games to speed at home but definitely need to work on getting there consistently.I learned the hard way when my daughter *broke* 60 MPH that there's a difference between hitting 60 and throwing 60 consistently.
