A friend's DD gave pitching lessons last summer after playing her freshman year at a PAC school. The official guidance she received was don't charge more than normal rates and don't advertise being a college pitcher. For example, the Packaged Deal uses current high-profile players and doesn't say who they will be ahead of time - "Guest staff members include some of the best, most impactful college players in the game."

You can use their name and say that she is a d1 college player but can not use the university to promote her. Or use college facilities or be paid more than going rate.
