NCAA Eligibility Questionaire

Because I have the credit card (and the time), I am filling out the NCAA Eligibility form for DD who is about to start her Junior year of HS.

I have been an AC on her teams and this past season (and next year) we did not have to pay. - is this potential problem or do I just say it cost nothing and don't worry about it?

I think you are good. As I understand it, those questions are primarily focused on hoops.

You could put $0 or put what the average cost was. I don't think it makes much of a difference. They are just trying to confirm your DD's amateur status.

I would not worry about it. You are not receiving any benefits from a college.
