Probably not.

I have only ever allowed our teams to cheer for our team and they can do so however they want. However anything against the other team is just not permitted. I feel it highly disrespectful to take joy in anothers lack of success or failure.

I tend to agree with this. I'm not a fan of mocking a pitcher's struggles, in particular.
