Looking for 18U Tournaments in February or March in Southern California. 18U B team from Canada, looking for like skilled teams in a warm weather environment. Any good experiences or suggestions? Google search was not helpful.

You're going to have a hard time finding anything at that time. A lot of travel ball teams go dark between mid-February and early May for high school softball season.

Unfortunately there is no real high school ball here. We may look in January as well if there is nothing else.

You might look more in the southeast where several states like Georgia play their high school ball in the fall.
