Question for the DFP'ers...

Is there a minimum number of games a Little League (12U/Majors) team (or league... we currently play other teams in the district) must play in order to eligible for postseason play ?

All-Stars ...yes.

What I'm asking is does a league/team have to participate in a minimum number of games to play in All - Stars ?

It is 12 unless your league is forced to play fewer games due to weather, emergencies, etc. In this case, each player must play a percentage of the games (I believe it's 80%) in order to be eligible for All-Stars.

80% is what I have been told. 12 game rec league schedule??? That's amazing. My DD when she played would get like 7 lol.

Teams need to play a minimum of 12 games and a player needs to play in 60% of those games to be eligible for all-stars.

We schedule 14 but only 5 teams. Hope the weather doesn't hinder that. We have had a lot of rain this year. :/

Our league schedules 20-25 games per team, both in house and against other district leagues. Getting 12 games in is rarely an issue.
