Just to be clear. Used as an example of the Deltoid drill/Torque drill. Don't use because it 'bines up' the hands. Need free and independent hands.

The arms aren’t free and independent. The hands need help from the body. A sling shot action. Not sure I would call the hands independent since the arms aren’t independent.
