Can't help you with a visor - just know they are still illegal in most codes unless they are clear (which defeats the purpose of a sun visor)

For real? I didn't know that. Federation? USA?
I don't do USA so I am not sure if they have it in (but probably so), but yes, NFHS/Federation it is not allowed. Same with USSSA.

NFHS 1-7-1: Plastic visors prohibited, eye shield most be 100% clear (no tint)
USSSA 2-2: . In all divisions, if an eye shield is worn attached to the catcher’s helmet, it must be constructed of a molded, rigid material that is clear and permits 100 percent (no tint) allowable light transmission.
