DD did not care about too much about her bat, her glove was a different story. Mine too. She was possessive about her glove.

I would recommend you get her buy in before you do anything.

There's a lot of glove gurus here.. I'll chime in my .02. The glove has been pancaked, kind of a bummer but totally fixable. Get a good glove mallet or a 5 or 8lb dumbell with rounded ends and beat the pocket and heel of the glove to get rid of the pancake fold. Tighten the fingertip laces and maybe the web laces to give the glove some more structure to maintain the shape. This process will be trial and error. Tighten here and loosen there to get what you want.

Lastly, I can't recommend this product enough. Get a glove bag called "the hive". Not affiliated at all, but the bag lets the glove dry, does not fold it flat, and hangs easily from a bat bag.
