Ground ball hit between 2nd and third, runner at second going to third is hit by ball. Is there ANY situation/rule saying it would not be called a dead ball?

If the ball has been touched/deflected by a fielder first I believe it is a live ball after it hits the runner as long as the runner didn’t intentionally try and get hit by the ball.
Well. If the Closest fielder is playing in front of the baseline and the ball has already passed her,and the other fielder has no chance to get to the ball. It’s a live ball no interference.
