Illegal pitch penalty changed to just a ball on the batter. Remove the 'runners advance' part of the penalty.

I am pretty much OK with most everything else in everything up to NCAA softball (where they need more than 1 change)

get rid of most illegal pitches by doing away with leaping and replanting rules! let the NCAA catch up with the rest of the international and professional softball world

Call the strike zone as it is described in the rule set. So not a rule change but an interpretation change.

Just play baseball and be done with it. I feel that the lack of pitchers in SB is killing the sport. We have a lot of teams in NJ that want to compete at a high level but lack of pitching is the hamstring. Plus take into account that to many HS pitchers are rode hard and given back to the summer teams with injuries. NJ had a meeting this year to discuss whether SB was a dying sport with LAX taking a lot of players. Play baseball and 6-7 kids can now pitch.

Fix Illegal pitches so you can move the fences back which will solve the HBP rule. Was that one?
