I know a certain young lady who used to hit 300/day. She was pretty tired when done. I can't imagine many benefits after that or, to be honest close to the 300/day. I know that amount led to a lot of arguments. LOL Dad wanted to go home.

The odds of me saying something to piss off Marcela go up exponentially after about 100 swings so I usually hedge my bets and stop at that
