Wow! Lots of good pitching drills in there to improve internal rotation, external rotation, roundhouse rotation, leg drive, leaping, crow-hopping, hello elbow/hello fist, and hitting drills to increase coiling, stride, solid contact and elevation going on in that video.
And sword work 💥👍

Lol hello elbow/ hello fist

Now I'm wondering how much those adjustments of about 15 ft increased the amount of home runs?

😁Bring on the baseball stats people...

Interesting that in both Sports there was adjustments made to have cause and result/effect.

Softball moved pitching back created a ball with more flight along with re-engineered bats.

BB adjusted fences.

How many years has baseball used the same ball without making adjustment to it?

The increase you see from 1990 to 2000 was likely due to PEDs more than anything else and then the increase from 2015 to 2022 is more than likely due to an adjustment made in batter's approach (motivated by team's use of analytics to figure out the best way to score runs). No formal change has been made to the baseball in a while I don't think but there is always rumors about MLB secretly changing the ball in certain years although I am not sure the physics/data has pointed to that actually happening.

Hmmm???🤔 secretly... heaven forbid it was leaked that a more explosive ball may be helping.. can understand trying to keep that a secret.

To me that is one of many things about this sport that is enjoyable. I like watching college games and seeing differences in players, especially the pitchers. When a Jordy Bahl or a Millie Thompson appear and start slinging with different mechanics, it challenges my stance on what is the best approach. Many times I can logically defend my stance, other times I realize I really don't know why I believe something and I better figure it out. Sometimes I have to leave it simply as there's more than one way to skin a cat.
