Here’s something that might help. After contact pretend to hit another ball and another. Without rolling the wrists. Try not to roll, even do some no roll swings.

While I like everything said, especially posture. I can see in her live swing she is trying to apply force at contact. It’s clear, use the hands late and rolling over is the result.

Here are two pitch locations. They are letting the barrel go into contact AFTER they apply the force into the handle at initiation. One hit to right about 430ft and the other banged off the Green monster.

Ok< after further review, I am going with WW on this one. Posture (butt stay against the wall feeling) must be fixed first. Losing posture and casting are first cousins. So lets talk about how. I like my tee way out side and practicing hitting ball in air to RF. But lets add this to it.
