I believe this is from the guy who wrote the Energy Bus. After reading the book a few years back, I used some of his stuff on the team I was coaching. (I no longer coach.) One concept was the energy vampire. We had a rule that you couldn't be an energy vampire, whose main characteristic was complaining. 'It's too hot!' Anything that sucks the energy out of a team.
