End every practice with a race around the bases. Our players at 14u still want to do this

I do this at the end of my 16U rec practices. The girls love it even there too. Especially when I add on the little caveat: Winning team can either chose THEIR reward (something like no big cardio lap next practice or they get out of cleaning up equipment for that practice) OR the losing team's punishment (e.g. 10 pushups or cleaning up equipment, etc.) Really spices things up when you add incentives like that now and again. All in the name of good team competition.
